A more personalized approach to feeling and performing your best
My approach brings together nervous system regulation, nutrition, lifestyle, and the intentional use of sound to help you understand the patterns influencing how you feel, recover, and function — both mentally and physically.
Rather than adding more rules or pushing harder, we look at your physiology, your individual stress patterns, and the realities of your daily life. From there, we build practical strategies that support greater energy, resilience, clarity, and sustainable change.
Because lasting health is not built through restriction or force.
It is built through regulation, coherence, and alignment.
Is This You?
You may be doing many of the “right” things and still feel that something isn’t quite working.
Perhaps your energy fluctuates, stress affects you more than it used to, your sleep or recovery feels inconsistent, or maintaining healthy habits requires more effort than it should.
You may feel mentally overloaded, have difficulty switching off, or find yourself moving between periods of high performance and exhaustion.
Or perhaps you simply want to understand your body better and create a way of living that supports both your health and the demands of your life.
This work is for people who want to move beyond generic wellness advice and understand the patterns beneath how they feel.
My Approach
Physiology. Regulation. Lifestyle. Sound.
We begin with you — your health history, daily rhythms, nutrition, sleep, movement, stress patterns, environment, and goals.
From there, we identify the areas that may be creating unnecessary strain and the changes that can have the greatest impact.
Our work may include:
-
nervous system regulation and stress resilience
-
nutrition and metabolic health
-
sleep and recovery
-
energy and daily rhythms
-
movement and exercise
-
hormonal health support
-
sustainable habit change
-
intentional sound and breathing practices
The goal is not to create a perfect routine.
It is to build a way of living that your body can actually sustain.
Sound as a Tool
My background as a professional violinist brings an additional dimension to this work.
Sound is not simply something we hear. Rhythm, repetition, pacing, breath, and resonance can influence attention, arousal, and our experience of internal state.
I integrate purpose-designed sound tools where appropriate to support practices for calming, focused attention, recovery, integration, flow, and rhythmic breathing.
Work With Me
Private coaching is personalized to your needs rather than built around a rigid, one-size-fits-all program.
We begin by looking at where you are now, what you want to change, and the level of support that will serve you best.
Private Coaching
Personalized one-to-one support for those who want to better understand their health patterns and make meaningful, sustainable changes.
Together, we identify your priorities and create a practical strategy around nutrition, nervous system regulation, recovery, lifestyle, and daily habits.
Depending on your goals, we can work together for a focused period or over a longer timeframe.
May include:
-
private one-to-one sessions
-
personalized lifestyle and nutrition guidance
-
nervous system and stress-regulation strategies
-
sound-based practices selected for your needs
-
ongoing review and refinement as your needs evolve
Not Sure Where to Begin?
You don’t need to decide which type of coaching you need before we speak.
A complimentary discovery call gives us an opportunity to discuss what is happening, what you would like to change, and whether my approach is a good fit for you.
If we decide to work together, I’ll recommend the level of support that makes the most sense for your goals and circumstances.
Sustainable Change Starts With Understanding
You do not need another perfect protocol.
You need to understand what your body is asking for, what is creating unnecessary strain, and which changes are actually worth your attention.
Small, well-chosen adjustments — repeated consistently — can change the way you feel, recover, and move through your life.
