Me
Yelena is a professional violinist with an international career performing on some of the world’s most iconic stages. Alongside her musical path, she now brings her passion for well-being into her work as an integrative health and nutrition coach — helping others find balance through food, movement, and lifestyle. Her unique approach blends artistic sensitivity with science-backed wellness.

Health coaching bridges the gap between what we know we should do for our well-being and the motivation we need to make real, lasting change. As a trained integrative health & wellness coach—and a professional violinist who understands rhythm, balance, and discipline—I support clients in creating sustainable habits with clarity and compassion.
