This 4-week online workshop is designed to help you better understand and support your nervous system through practical, evidence-informed tools and a more integrated approach to well-being.

 

Together, we’ll explore how stress, overwhelm, habits, sleep, movement, nutrition, mindset, sound, and daily lifestyle patterns influence the state of the nervous system — and how regulation can impact energy, resilience, focus, recovery, and overall well-being.

 

Through weekly live sessions, guided practices, discussions, and simple tools you can apply in everyday life, this workshop offers a deeper and more experiential continuation of the concepts introduced during the free masterclass.

 

This is not about perfection or quick fixes. It’s about creating the conditions for more balance, awareness, and sustainable change.

 

Topics may include:
• The stress response & nervous system states
• Regulation tools for daily life
• Breath, sound & sensory input
• Sleep, recovery & energy regulation
• Habits, overwhelm & emotional resilience
• Nutrition & lifestyle factors influencing the nervous system
• Practical routines for greater balance and consistency

 

The workshop will take place live online via Zoom.
Replay recordings will be available for participants who cannot attend live sessions.
